At CuddleCushionTM we strive to provide you with the best delivery options, no matter where you live. We highly value your support and love and want to give back to you by ensuring the best experience for our customers and their beloved pets. 

Time frame for order delivery:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes 2–4 days.

Shipping times:

Our secured standard shipping option typically takes around 15-25 business days (excluding weekends).

*Covid-19 might cause a delay in shipping times of about 7 business days. However, you can rest assured that we at CuddleCushionTM have taken the necessary precautions to get your order to you safe & sound.

Can I track my package?

Yes, after successfully placing an order, you will receive an email with order details. Once your order is shipped you will also receive your tracking information. If you need any assistance with your order or have not received tracking info within 7 days, feel free to contact us.

Will I be charged for customs and taxes? 
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. Usually, there are no custom or tax charges, however, there are rare exceptions.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages? 
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
