Return & Refund Policy

All our products are covered by a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. When we say “Satisfaction Guarantee”, we mean just that! Every product that you purchase from CuddleCushion™ must meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the product please contact our friendly customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is true that every calming pet bed and other products get fulfilled from our production/warehouse after a thorough quality check process. However, nothing is bulletproof so if your product has any defects, we will happily assist you with the returns through our 14-day money back guarantee policy.
If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return your item for a refund please send your request to email@example.com within 14 days after delivery. Once the request is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds - Color
Please bear in mind that photos might slightly differ from the actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photoshootings or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. The position of pattern/design might slightly differ from what you see.
Therefore, we will not provide a refund based on a change of color or the color not being as you expected.
Refunds - Wrong Size
If you have placed your order only using the example pictures provided without measuring your pet, unfortunately a refund will not be processed. The purchaser is liable for measuring their pet and referencing the size chart on the website to ensure the correct size is ordered.
Wrong Shipping Information
Please contact us before 2pm EST on the day after you placed your order if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your order has been dispatched.
Should your parcel be returned to the sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
We will, however handle this on a case by case basis, so don't hesitate to ask our friendly customer service team for help at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.
After that we suggest contacting your credit card company. It might take some time until your refund is processed.
Finally contact your bank for further information.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CuddleCushionTM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, CuddleCushionTM will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to forward it to you at a later point, we will send the refund and a notification about the return to the gift giver.
