HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We ship worldwide! Due to COVID-19, shipping times vary anywhere from 15-30 days

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?

If you discover that the shipping details you provided us are incorrect, kindly contact immediately us as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to allow any amendments to your order once your package has been processed. Should your parcel be returned to sender, we may issue you a refund or send you another bed as replacement. If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Indeed, you're covered by our 30 days money back guarantee. Should the cushion arrive damaged or defective, simply send us pictures of the damage / defect, and we'll immediately dispatch a replacement to you. Please email us at info@cuddlecushion-store.com.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Our goal is to process & dispatch orders as quickly as we receive them, which ensures you receive your order as soon as possible. Once the order is submitted on the store, no amendments or cancellations will be entertained. Please be sure to review and amend your order before you click “complete order."

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic, returns are unfortunately not accepted. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

As soon as you discover a deficiency in your Cuddle Cushion, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video (within 7 days  of receiving your parcel). If 7 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
